The entire production process adopts high-precision automated production lines. Every link from temperature-resistant membrane material formulation, film formation process, heat-resistant component selection to element winding and factory testing is strictly controlled to ensure the performance consistency, reliability and hygienic safety of each membrane element [1]. The maximum operating pressure of this membrane element can reach 4.1MPa, the recommended operating pressure is ≤2.0MPa, the maximum operating temperature is 45℃, the heat sanitization temperature can reach 85℃, the continuous operation pH range is 3~9, the cleaning pH range is 2~11, the maximum pressure loss of a single membrane element is not more than 0.1MPa, the maximum pressure loss of a 3~6-piece container is ≤0.2MPa, and the maximum inlet water SDI≤5, which can adapt to various complex hygienic brackish water operating conditions [1].
